사회통합프로그램(KIIP) 조기적응 프로그램 신청 방법

안녕하세요. 오늘은 사회통합프로그램(KIIP) 조기적응 프로그램 신청 방법에 대해 알아보겠습니다.

 

이번 포스팅은 결혼이민자 조기적응 프로그램 신청을 기준으로 작성되었고 외국 연예인, 유학생, 동포의 경우도 신청하는 방법은 똑같으니 아래 순서를 보고 따라 하시면 됩니다.

 

그럼 사회통합프로그램(KIIP)의 조기적응 프로그램을 신청하러 가볼까요?

먼저 링크를 눌러 사회통합정보망 홈페이지에 접속해 주세요.

홈페이지에 접속하셨으면 로그인 버튼을 눌러 주세요.

(If you have accessed the homepage, please press the login button.)

 

ID와 Password를 입력하고 로그인을 눌러주세요.

(Enter your ID and password and press login.)

 

로그인하셨다면 조기적응 프로그램 신청을 눌러주세요.

(If you are logged in, please click Apply for Early Adaptation Program.)

 

행정정보 공동이용과 본인 민원신고에 체크를 하시고 신청을 눌러주세요.

(Please check the joint use of administrative information and report your 

complaint and press the application.)

 

본인의 인적사항을 확인 한 후 교육장소 조회(빨간색)를 클릭해 주세요.

(Please check your personal information and click Inquiry of Education Place (Red))

 

빨간 체크를 누르면 각지역 이름이 나옵니다. 거주지역과 상관없이 장소를 고를 수 있으니 빨리 프로그램을 듣고 싶은 사람은 각 지역의 조기적응 프로그램 스케줄을 확인한 후 신청해 주세요.

일단, 부산지역으로 예를 들어 볼게요. 지역을 선택하면 이렇게 신청 가능한 교육들이 나옵니다.

(First of all, let's take an example in Busan. If you select an area, you will see a list of education you can apply for.)

 

수강인원과 수강신청 인원 수를 반드시 확인해 주세요. (신청인원은 수강인원을 초과할 수 없습니다.)

(Please make sure to check the number of students and the number of applicants.) 

(The number of applicants cannot exceed the number of students.)

 

교육을 고르셨다면 해당 교육을 선택해주세요. (체크)

(If you have chosen education, please choose that education. (Check))

 

강의를 선택하셨다면 제대로 선택되었는지 확인 하신 후 조기적응 프로그램 교육운영에 활용 되는 것에 동의하며, 만약 사실과 다를 경우 체류관리업무에 불이익을 받아도 이의가 업습니다에 동의 체크를 하고 신청을 눌러주세요.

(If you chose a lecture, make sure it's properly chosen.

I agree to be used for the operation of education for early adaptation programs, 

and if it is different from the facts, please check the consent of the objection even 

if you are disadvantaged in the stay management work and press the application.)

 

신청을 하시면 사진과 같이 알림 메세지가 나옵니다. 모두 확인을 눌러 주세요.

(When you apply, you will receive a notification message as shown in the picture.  

Please press "Confirm.")

 

 

조기적응 프로그램 접수 내역을 확인하고 접수증 출력을 눌러주세요.

(Please check the receipt details of the early adaptation program and click the receipt print.)

 

교육 날짜에 출력한 접수증과 여권 지참 후 교육을 들으러 가시면 됩니다. 

(You can go to listen to the training after bringing the receipt and passport printed on the training date.)

혹시 신청내용에 변경이 있을 시에는 마이페이지에서 3일 전까지 수정 가능합니다.

(If there is a change in the contents of the application, you can modify it 3 days before on My Page.)

그리고 조기적응 프로그램은 시작시간 30분 전 미리 도착해 주세요.

(And please arrive 30 minutes in advance before the start of the early adaptation program.)

 

※ 교육은 방역 패스 해당자 (접종 완료자, 48시간 이내 PCR 검사 음성 확인자)만 참석이 가능합니다.

(※ Only those who are eligible for quarantine passes 

(those who have completed the vaccination, those who have confirmed negative PCR tests within 48 hours) 

can attend the training.)
